Jamie Nelson’s signature hand-signed View-Masters are the perfect naughty gift for a fine-art collector or retro aficionado.
Inspired by the iconic 80s View-Master—originally designed as a handheld stereoscopic slide viewer—this retro device has been reimagined as a modern fine-art peepshow.
Watch as the viewer's faces push up against the View-Master, immersing themselves into their own private fine art peepshow experience.

What is it: A View-Master is a small handheld viewer designed to display three-dimensional images using a circular reel made up of seven photographs. First unveiled at the 1939 New York World’s Fair, the device began as an educational tool for adults before gaining widespread popularity in the 1980s as a children’s toy.
How it works: A circular cardboard reel with seven image pairs is placed inside the viewer. When you look through its dual eyepieces and hold it up to the light, each eye sees a slightly different photograph. This difference mimics human binocular vision, producing the illusion of depth. A small side lever advances the reel with each click, revealing the next vivid 3D scene.
